Our new spring table starts on the 4th April so book in now and try our new boxing circuits.
Monday & Friday 9.15am
Thursday 6pm & 8.15pm
The boxing circuits will take place in the gym, involve pad work with the instructors (class members never hold the pads – they only do the punching), boxing bag exercises, and other boxing-related activities. These lung-busting sessions are great for building all round fitness and stamina, as well as for relieving stress.
We are also adding another lunchtime pilates class 12noon wednesday with Gareth, he will also be taking over the monday evening pilates and yoga classes from the 4th April.
