Here at Linear Health & Fitness we are locally run gym with two studios in Borde Hill Gardens, just a short 5-minute drive from Haywards Heath station with ample free parking at both sites as well as luxury changing and shower facilities.

A single monthly payment that entitles the member to attend one Linear class each week.

A single monthly payment that entitles the member to attend two Linear classes each week.

Our Classes – Gyms Haywards Heath
Here at Linear Health & Fitness, we offer a range of fitness and exercise including:
Indoor Cycling – targets the legs and glute muscles to tight and tone whilst also targeting stubborn fat and cellulite
Boxing Circuits – targets your arms and core muscles. Whilst some forms of exercise can be repetitive and boring, boxing is different every time!
Pilates – Improve flexibility. Pilates classes offer many physical benefits including strength, flexibility, improved posture and balance. They involve structured exercises that can be easily adapted to suit individuals.
Power Yoga – Dynamic and strength building, concentrating on breathing with movement. The sessions focus on stretching all areas of the body, releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
Conditioning – These classes are designed to build strength using free weights, cable machines, as well a wide range of other machines that we have in the studio. It’s our pick and mix class! Different every time, this will guarantee to get a sweat on!
Kettlebells – Our kettlebell classes are high-intensity workouts designed to burn fat and test your cardio ability. Perfect if you want to build muscle endurance.
