What the Vinyasa?? – A Yoga Technique Workshop with Emily Scott
We all know that yoga has many amazing physical and mental benefits. But we also know that you have to know what you are doing before it becomes enjoyable! In this extended class, we will go over the basics of yoga, break down the proper form on the most common yoga poses, and equip you with the necessary knowledge so you can join a yoga class with confidence.
This workshop is appropriate for complete beginners and for more experienced yogis who want to fine tune their alignment and make sure they are practising yoga safely and most effectively.
